Abstract

Art and education are integrated in a common commitment: the formation of people’s identity, not as an individual singularity, but rather as an autonomous, free and conscious construction, shaped in interrelation with the socio-cultural context… Art as a creative action is the core of this first book on pedagogical themes by Vicente Blanco and Salvador Cidrás, aimed at both active teachers and future teachers, especially in Infant and Primary Education, but also in Secondary Education.
