Abstract
The members of the Thematic Research Network “Las Literaturas Infantiles y Juveniles del Marco Ibérico e Iberoamericano” (LIJMI) present in this volume various reflections on the representation of the Arab world in Children’s and Young Adult Literature. The mediators between books and reading can find in this “Representations of the Arab World in Children’s and Young Adults’ Literature” studies and comments that serve to observe with different eyes the “Other” with whom we do not always empathise, on many occasions, due to lack of knowledge.
