Abstract

After a brief introduction to get a head on the contents of the work, we will analyze fiction, poetry and drama production written by women and published in the 21st century; authors will be ranked depending on the generation to which they belong, taking into account whether they are considered “Consolidated voices” or “New voices”. Next we will assess the status of illustration works by women in Galician children’s and young adult literature, on the basis of those most outstanding artist whose works were edited by Galician publishers in the 21st century.
